Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Who is responsible
This website and the Factory Gaming event are run by Kauneckaitis Creative Ltd., 1030 Mainland Street, Suite 400, Vancouver, BC V6B 2T4, Canada (the "organiser", "we"). We are responsible for the personal information described here. Our privacy contact is events@brunswicknigth.com.
2. The law we follow
We handle personal information under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
3. What we collect
When you request tickets we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the number of guests, and any note you add, such as allergies or dietary needs. When you write to us we keep your message and email address. We do not collect payment details on this website.
4. Why we use it
- to answer your request and confirm tickets;
- to send practical information about the event you asked for;
- to plan the supper around allergies and dietary needs you tell us about;
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We never use your information for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to run the evening: the guest list and dietary notes with the host venue and its catering team, and your email with our email provider so messages can be delivered. Each of them may use the information only for that purpose.
6. How long we keep it
We keep ticket requests and guest lists for up to 24 months after the event, and accounting records for as long as the law requires. Then we delete or anonymise them.
7. Where it is stored
Information is stored in Canada or with service providers who protect it to a comparable standard. Some providers may process data outside Canada; when that happens it may be accessible to authorities there under local law.
8. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection. Access to requests is limited to the events team, and the ticket form is protected against forged and automated submissions.
9. Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal limits. Write to events@brunswicknigth.com; we reply within 30 days.
10. Storage on your device
The site keeps two small preferences in your browser and sets one session cookie on the tickets page. Details are in our Cookie Policy. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
11. Age
The event and this website are for adults aged 19 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
12. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
