Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to the Factory Gaming event. By using the site or requesting tickets, you accept them.
2. The organiser and the venue
Factory Gaming is organised by Kauneckaitis Creative Ltd., 1030 Mainland Street, Suite 400, Vancouver, BC V6B 2T4, Canada, which runs this website. The Hotel at Casino New Brunswick, 21 Casino Drive, Moncton, NB E1G 0R7, is the host venue. Hotel rooms and the hotel's own services are provided by the hotel under its own terms.
3. Age
The event is for adults aged 19 and over. Every guest must show valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Guests without ID, or under 19, cannot be admitted, and the ticket price is not refunded in that case.
4. Tickets
A ticket costs C$560 per guest, plus applicable taxes, and covers the seated supper, the live brass band and a seat at the play-money tables. A request sent through this website is not a booking: tickets are confirmed by our events team by email, with payment details. No payment is taken on this website.
5. The tables
All tables use play-money chips only. Chips are handed out free, in the same amount to every guest, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services. No stakes are accepted and no prize of monetary value is awarded. The tables are not part of the casino gaming floor.
6. Conduct
Please treat other guests, croupiers and staff with respect. Alcohol is served responsibly. We and the venue may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or spoils the evening.
7. Changes and cancellations
We may change the running order, the menu or performers if needed. If we cancel or move the event, guests receive a full refund of the ticket price or a seat on the new date. If you cancel at least 14 days before the event, we refund your ticket in full; after that, we will refund it if your seat can be filled.
8. The website
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but details may change. Information about the hotel comes from its official website; please check it there before you book.
9. Images
The images on this website are illustrations of the atmosphere of the evening, not photographs of the venue or of past events.
10. Intellectual property
The text and design of this website belong to the organiser. Names of the venue belong to their owners and are used only to identify where the event takes place.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of the tickets concerned.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
